ביום שישי ה26 בפברואר יתקיימו בחירות להר״ש. בחירות אלה הוכרזו ב24 בינואר באמצעות דוא״ל לחברי הר״ש וגם בדואר רגיל במכתב שבו מוטבע תאריך 24 בינואר.

The Israel Dental Association, (IDA) is holding elections for all of its positions on Friday, February 26, 2016.
The elections were announced via its electronic newsletter on January 24, and via letters mailed to the membership, also dated January 24. The letter explains that all members who would like to run for one of the positions must apply by February 5. This was also explained in the electronic version, but the recipient had to click on a link in order to read it. (I received the mailed letter on February 4). The general membership (4000 + members) is not entitled to vote in the elections. 117 delegates, elected during the summer in similarly hasty regional meetings will be doing the voting. Of the 117 delegates, 23 of them are the current holders of the positions up for election, including the chairman, the board members etc. One of the other delegates is a dentist who has worked in the chairman's clinic for 15 years. Yes, these elections are being held according to the charter of the IDA, but they are certainly not fair and open elections. If the charter allows such sham elections, then it must be changed. As of today, February 14, the IDA has not yet published the candidates for the positions.
ביום שישי ה26 בפברואר יתקיימו בחירות להר״ש. בחירות אלה הוכרזו ב24 בינואר באמצעות דוא״ל לחברי הר״ש וגם בדואר רגיל במכתב שבו מוטבע תאריך 24 בינואר. במכתב מוסבר שחברי הר״ש הרוצים להבחר לאחד התפקידים בהר״ש חייבים להגיש מועמדות עד 5 בפברואר. זה גם היה ההסבר בדוא״לֹ אך על המקבל היה להקליק על קישור כדי לקרוא זאת . (את המכתב אני קבלתי ב4 בפברואר ). חברות בהר״ש (כ 4000 חברים) אינה מקנה זכות בחירה . 117 נציגים שנבחרו במהלך פגישות חפוזות במחוזות, הם אלה שיבחרו את המועמדים. מתוך 117 נציגים , 23 מחזיקים בעמדות בהר״ש נכון להיום וזה כולל יו״ר, חברי הועד המרכזי ועוד. אחד הנציגים הוא רופא שיניים העובד במרפאתו של יו״ר הר״ש במשך 15 שנים אחרונות. נכון, למראית עין הכל בהתאם לתקנון, אך אלה בהחלט לא בחירות פתוחות והוגנות. אם התקנון מאפשר בחירות מבוישות כאלה, יש לשנות את התקנון. נכון להיום, 14 בפברואק טרם הוכרזו המועמדים לתפקידים.
